Purchasing a new car was not something that I looked forward to. I did my homework and Toyota was certainly at the top of my list. Happily, you were the salesman that came out to help me check out some of the new Toyota line. Gord, I truly appreciated how you answered my many questions, and in particular, your no-pressure sales. I felt sure that over the next month and a half that it took me to make up my mind, that you were going to get sick of me showing up. Never once did you pressure me into making up my mind, even after the fifth or sixth test drive and the sure knowledge that I was also looking elsewhere!

Thank you for making the experience an enjoyable one, and to boot, an efficient one once I'd made up my mind. Your knowledge and professional way of pointing out the advantages of Toyota over other similar cars that I was looking at were truly "top of the line".
