Well, it's hard to believe that I've had my 2007 RAV4 for slightly over eight months, and I'm as happy today as I was the day I bought it.

When I first went to Nanaimo Toyota, and met up with you, I honestly had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted....but you listened to me, got an idea of my lifestyle, and pointed me in the direction of the perfect vehicle. After making my initial decision to go with the RAV4 you spent numerous hours, over three days, with me and not once did I ever feel rushed. I felt totally at home at the dealership and purchasing this vehicle was not only a stress-free experience, it was also fun and exciting. On the day that I picked up my vehicle everyone at the dealership seemed as excited as I was about my purchase, and I was treated extremely well.

This is seventh vehicle I have owned, the third brand new one, and never have I left a dealership being as informed about my vehicle as I was when I left Nanaimo Toyota...I understood how to operate every feature on my vehicle.

Thanks very much for making what can often be a painful experience into something enjoyable. Everyone needs a "computer guy" and a "handyman guy"....you're definitely my "car guy".
